Pertama tama, selamat datang di situs kami!, ini adalah sedikit perkenalan tentang stellaaluna_ yang harus kalian ketahui!. Stellaaluna_ adalah group order (GO), yang tujuan utama di buatnya adalah untuk membantu [[Billlie’ve]] Indonesia dalam membeli barang-barang yg berhubungan dengan Billlie, baik official maupun fanmade. Kami mulai aktif menerima pesanan sejak 27 Februari 2022. Semua order yg dibuat melalui Stellaaluna_ akan di tangani oleh team kami dan dikirim dari Banten, Indonesia.

Mulai 2023, kami akan fokus di twitter untuk semua pesanan yg masuk, kami tidak lagi menggunakan LINE group chat untuk GO. Kalian dapat melihat semua update mengenai status pesanan kalian di twitter melalui taggar #StellaArrival atau melalui notion ini.

Allow us to introduce ourselves: Stellaaluna_ is a group order (GO) that aims to help Indonesian Billlie've’s fans purchase official merchandise or fan-made items. Since our inception on February 27th, 2022, we have been actively handling orders and ensuring that all orders placed through our platform are handled by our team and shipped from Banten, Indonesia.

Rate won yang kami gunakan adalah rate harian yg berlaku pada saat transaksi berlangsung.
Perhitungan pajak EMS disesuaikan dengan estimasi berat dari setiap barang. Perubahan berat atau regulasi tarif biaya pengiriman EMS dan perhitungan pajak dari lembaga terkait dapat menyebabkan perubahan harga barang.
Estimasi kedatangan barang di Indonesia adalah 10-20 hari setelah dikirim dari warehouse kami di Seoul, atau sesuai jadwal yang telah diinformasikan untuk hand carry. Status barang akan diupdate secara berkala melalui link order tracker. **https://bit.ly/buyer-ordertracker**
Harga yang tertera di post kami belum termasuk biaya pengiriman dari warehouse INA kami di Banten ke alamat rumah Anda. Semua biaya akan disesuaikan dengan tarif ekspedisi pengiriman yang Anda pilih saat pelunasan.
Harga belum termasuk biaya packing yang berkisar antara IDR 5.500,- hingga IDR 12.000,-. Biaya ini tidak perlu dibayarkan di awal.
Untuk pre-order benefit yang memberikan 1 member secara random, pelanggan diizinkan untuk mengurutkan list prioritas member dari 1-7. Kami akan membagikan member berdasarkan urutan pengisian form order seadil mungkin sesuai dengan stok yang kami miliki. Kami mohon maaf jika pelanggan tidak mendapatkan member sesuai dengan list utama.
Pembatalan setelah pengisian form dan pembayaran tidak akan dilayani, kecuali jika barang sold out. Harap mengisi form dengan bijak dan melakukan transfer sesuai nominal yang benar.
Jika barang sold out, uang yang sudah masuk akan di-refund sepenuhnya. Jika ingin dialokasikan untuk PO berikutnya, uang akan langsung dialokasikan begitu PO dibuka.
Kami menerima pembayaran cicilan atau DP minimal 50% dari harga bersih, dan full payment. Barang akan langsung dipesan dan Anda dapat melakukan cicilan fleksibel sampai barang tiba di warehouse INA. Untuk request DP, silakan hubungi kami.
Informasi mengenai pelunasan dan proses checkout akan diinformasikan melalui email. Pastikan untuk menuliskan email yang aktif saat pengisian form. Pemberitahuan pelunasan juga akan diinformasikan melalui grup order di LINE dan post di Twitter.
Batas waktu pelunasan adalah 7 hari dari email pelunasan dan pemberitahuan di Twitter. Jika lewat dari 7 hari, uang DP dan barang akan hangus dan dijual sebagai ready stock.

The exchange rate for Won that we use is the daily rate applicable at the time of the transaction.
EMS tax calculation is adjusted based on the estimated weight of each item. Changes in weight or regulations regarding EMS shipping rates and tax calculations from relevant authorities may result in price changes for the items.
The estimated arrival of items in Indonesia is 10-20 days after being shipped from our warehouse in Seoul, or as per the schedule informed for hand carry. The status of items will be regularly updated through the following order tracker link. **https://bit.ly/buyer-ordertracker**
The prices listed in our posts do not include shipping costs from our INA warehouse in Banten to your home address. All costs will be adjusted according to the shipping expedition rates you choose at the time of final payment.
Prices do not include packing costs ranging from IDR 5,500 to IDR 12,000. These costs do not need to be paid upfront.
For pre-order benefits that provide one member randomly, customers are allowed to rank their member priority list from 1-7. We will distribute the members based on the order form submission sequence as fairly as possible according to the stock we have. We apologize if customers do not receive the member according to their primary list.
Cancellations after form submission and payment will not be entertained, except in the case of sold-out items. Please fill out the form wisely and transfer the correct amount.
If an item is sold out, the money received will be fully refunded. If you wish to allocate it for the next PO, the funds will be immediately allocated once the PO opens.
We accept installment payments or a minimum down payment of 50% of the net price, and full payment. Items will be ordered immediately, and you can make flexible installments until the items arrive at the INA warehouse. For down payment requests, please contact us.
Information regarding payment completion and the checkout process will be informed via email. Ensure to provide an active email when filling out the form. Payment completion notifications will also be informed through the order group on LINE and posts on Twitter.
The payment deadline is 7 days from the payment completion email and notification on Twitter. If it exceeds 7 days, the down payment and items will be forfeited and sold as ready stock.
There is no minimum or maximum purchase limit for items. </aside>
